This spacious resort home is newly renovated and tastefully decorated.  Bamboo, tile and cork flooring compliment the comfortable, Hawaiian-themed furniture and interesting and vintage artwork.   There are only four units in the building.  Each unit has a ground level entrance with a second story.  No other units are situated above.  Parking is available about 25 feet from the front door.  The area is very quiet and not near major traffic roads.

   bedroom.

• Recently renovated with bamboo, tile, and cork flooring.

• Large covered lanai off of living room.

• Large screen HDTV in living room and 25-inch TV in master bedroom.

• Premium HD cable service with more than 300 channels, including HBO and Showtime.

• DVD player.

• Bose Wave sound system with CD music collection.

• Office area in loft with a desk, computer, and Hi-speed cable internet service.

• Fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender,

  dishes and cookware.   

• Gas barbeque on the lanai.

• Iron and ironing board, hair dryer, beach towels, folding backpack/beach chairs.

• Compact washer and dryer.

• The Puamana complex has a pool for residents and vacation rental guests.

The front walkway is level, but there is one step down in the front foyer.  Grabrails are not installed in the bathrooms, nor is the unit “child-proofed.” No land line phone service is available.
